We are so excited you're interested in helping us host this year's conference! We cannot host our events without partnering up with women like yourself to make it all happen. Thanks for taking the time to look through the opportunity of volunteering with us!

The conference takes place October 3-5, 2025, at our NEW venue, the House of Independents in Asbury Park, NJ.

We have two ways you can volunteer with Team Bloom:

• Daily Bloom volunteer serves a minimum of 2x throughout the weekend. This team member receives a $20 discount.

• Full Bloom volunteer supports pre-bloom events ie., fundraising, workshops, meetings etc., serves on the set-up team Friday Morning Oct 3 beginning 9am at the venue, servers at either the day sessions or evening sessions at Bloom Conference and is responsible to stay to the very end of Bloom for clean-up. This team member receives a $50 discount.

IMPORTANT:

Please do not purchase your conference ticket, until will provide your discount code. You will receive this code once your volunteer application is approved. ($20 off for Daily Bloom / $50 off for Full Bloom)


When signing up to volunteer, you become part of our team.  We believe God can use ALL of us, from our speakers and worship team, ministry/prayer team, to hospitality/greeters, Bloom Cafe & Bloomtique Store.  Whatever your role assigned, we ask that you commit to it with your whole heart as if working for the Lord (Colossians 3:23). 
Each volunteer role has the capacity to make an eternal impact on an attendee's life.
